Download a response

You have the option to download a chat response that includes a list of referenced document IDs for offline use. This option is particularly useful when you need to review the information later or share it with others who do not have access to Chat.

To download a response, perform the following procedure.

1. In the Chat page, start a conversation or look at the History to find the response you want to download.

2. At the bottom of the response, click .

3. Navigate to the file location where your downloads are stored and open the DOCX file.

   • The document name is Chat_<YYYYMMDD>_<HHMMSS>.docx.

   • The document includes Date Generated, Question, Response, and a list of References.
